It is important that the data is structured in a clear layout and chronological order - if possible without any gaps! Put it in the right order to show your work history in a short and concise way. Illustrate your professional advancement.
Your curriculum vitae should be suitable for the applied position by emphasising your relevant skills, therefore it is not beneficial to use the same curriculum vitae for different applications.

Letter of motivation (»3rd page«, optional)
Is in additional to the covering letter the »3rd page« is quite a new element of the application to display your strengths, goals, interests and motives.

Job references, relevant attachments in good legible quality.
Covering letter
Your covering letter should create interest with personnel for your other application papers by giving a short overview of your most important work experience, skills and knowledge (that is relevant to the job). It should be short, concise and individually formulated, as well as underline positive arguments in your favour. It is important to make a statement why you are applying for this position and what your motivation is.
A covering letter should not be longer than a page and consider the following:
